Car accidents are no fun

Last night we were heading home from the Air Show on Highway 26 when we were rear ended by a Ford truck. We were stopped because of traffic when the truck in front of us did not noticed we stopped and ran right into us. KaeLynn was not with us (thank goodness) but Cavan's brother Casey his wife Roy'l and their son Javen were. Every body is okay. We all just have bad whiplash. Javen was the only one that was the safest. He didn't move an inch in his car seat. My whiplash seem to be the worst. I have to wear a neck brace for 4 days and then have my neck checked out again. I have possible ligament damage. Our jeep is totaled. It was very sad leaving our jeep like that on the 26. For all those who know me and knew that I wanted a new car I am still sad it happened like this. That was an awesome Jeep. I know it was the Jeep's size that kept us as safe as we were.
We were hit so hard that our roof buckled up.

Here is the front of the truck that hit us.

Happy Birthday Cavan!

Happy Birthday my sweetheart! Cavan had his birthday this last weekend and it was nice to have my family and his together at the lake. It was to bad that KaeLynn got her first ear infection that same weekend! She was still pretty good besides the fact that both her ears were hurting her. Friday night was the only part that was really hard to handle. Lets just say that nobody really got sleep at Lake Merwin Campers Hideaway that night. But we still put on smiling faces on Saturday and enjoyed our time together.

To cute not to take a picture

KaeLynn is now pulling herself up to everything! For the most part she can get down herself, but not when she pulls herself up to the window seal. She is to scared to let go and cries and cries until someone helps her down. When ever she sees Lexy looking out the window KaeLynn comes crawling over to see whats up. It is so cute to see those two.

What we have been up to...

The last few weekends we have been at Lake Merwin. Wake boarding, tubing, boating, cliff jumping, and riding the sea doo. We are exhausted but love every minute of it. KaeLynn got to ride the sea doo for the first time and she actually fell asleep! It was adorable. KaeLynn loved playing in the dirt and swimming in the lake. So far our Summer has been great!
