Our sledding trip this year was at the lake. We wanted to avoid crowds, and have a place to warm up in Nana and Papa's trailer when the kids got cold. Even so, Daniel and KaeLynn were very cold and did not have much fun. It didn't help that it was new years eve the night before and KaeLynn stayed up way to late and was tired. We went up with our friends the Pickups, and their kids had a blast! KaeLynn gets so scared to try things that seem scary to her. I was proud of her for giving it a try, but then she was done. She is more of a, just give me a warm blanky to snuggle and a movie kind of girl :)
