Bridal Veil Falls

It was a perfect afternoon to go hiking. Bridal Veil is a very easy short hike the kids can do. The temperature was perfect with a nice breeze. I just absolutely LOVE being in the outdoors. It was very special sitting with my family on rocks and watching the waterfall. Than we took off our shoes and felt the water, and it was COLD! KaeLynn loves to just sit and sing, and Daniel enjoys playing in the rocks.

Labor day weekend

We had a great weekend with good friends and family camping at the lake. We were blessed with the best weather on our last day there to play out on the water. We even woke up at 6:30 am to make sure we got some wake boarding in before it got to busy. It was freezing that early!! But it was so beautiful out there!

Portland to Coast 2014

This year I joined a co-ed competitive walking team. I was sad to leave my old team, but at the same time very excited to be challenged. We did awesome! We took 4th place in our division. I definitely pushed myself harder than I ever thought I could do, and I was very happy with results. 

For my last year doing this race, I felt I finished it off nicely.
