We went to a little Harvest Festival for the kids to play some games. Then for Halloween night we got together with some friends and pulled a trailer with hay bales for the kids to sit on. There are so many neighborhoods where there are large bunches of houses that don't hand out candy, so if you want to get a good amount of candy, it's best to drive around neighborhoods. KaeLynn was a Greek Goddess, Daniel was Ninjago from the Lego movie, and Linen was Yoda again. The kids had a blast and got tons of candy!

North Carolina Trip
I have really missed Fall since moving to Florida, so this year we decided to do a motorcycle trip with the Loughmillers to North Carolina. We trailered the bikes up on a 8 hour drive. We stayed at a motorcycle only camp ground with the cutest little cabins. More then half us at the camp were from Florida! We had no plans besides wanting to ride around and look at the beautiful mountain view, all the gorgeous fall color leaves. We stayed there 3 days, and it was so nice to feel cool crisp weather. The Blue Ridge Mountains are so beautiful. There were waterfalls everywhere, and some people at our camp took us to some hidden waterfalls. It was such a treat. We also drove up to a town called Hot Spings, and got to soak in a natural hot springs. I love relaxing in hot water, it's my favorite! The last night we were there a huge wind storm came in, and we didn't sleep much that night! The next morning was so cold especially with the wind, and I was ready to go back to my warm florida sun.
Silver Springs
Our friends have a boat and they took us out to Silver Springs. It was so beautiful! It was such a perfect day. We stopped at a place that is safer to swim, and we all had so much fun jumping into the water to cool off. Even Linden enjoyed the water. There was a strong current, so we had a rope tied to the back of the boat so we could pull ourselves back. Cavan jumped out of a tree into the water, so that was fun to watch. Up closer to the head of the springs we even saw alligators!
Linden is walking!!!!!
Right before Linden turned 18 months, he started to stand on his own and walking around the yard pushing the stroller. Then finally the day before he was officially 18 months old, he started walking!!!! What a relief! He loves to be outside and go for walks. It's so cute to see his face as he figures out how far we will let him go. He will walk all the way down the dirt road which is pretty far. He also has turned into a blanky boy. For the longest time he showed no interest in having a blanky. Then one day when we took him out of the crib in the morning, and he insisted that we also grab his small quilt, and his stuffed tiger. They have been inseparable ever since!
Kids Birthday
KaeLynn and Daniel had their birthdays! We did our traditional blow up water slide in the backyard with their friends. KaeLynn turned 10 and Daniel turned 7.
