Our ducks were born April 16th. We got them when they were 4 days old. They were so tiny and cute!!! We got 10 female white laying ducks. They are yellow now, but will be all white when they are grown. They are growing so fast! They are almost a month old now. We just started letting free range a little outside while we are out there with them. I still think they are to little to be out all day. I'm worried about hawks and owls picking them up, but once they are full grown they be free range during the day. They are so funny to watch because they are so scared of everything. We joke that they run when they see a butterfly :D
We are busy at work establishing our family farm. We just planted 6 trees. A sycamore, cypress, red bed, tabebuia, and 2 elderberry trees. We also been preparing for our garden. More pictures on that project will be posted soon. Our next big thing will be cows.
