This weekend we went to Lake Merwin with Cavan's family and the weather was gorgeous! KaeLynn is a true camper. She went into the pool for the first time and loved it. When night came KaeLynn enjoyed her first late night campfire. We stayed up late and ate yummy smores. It was an awesome weekend and we can't wait to go back!

Brenna slept through her first campfire. I guess that is the difference a few months in age makes. Glad you all had a good time at the lake and with such nice weather. That is something I take for granted down here. It is always nice and warm...even at 3 in the morning.
I was almost mad at you guys...Newport Beach???? And you didn't call to set up a visit? OK, I get it now.. there is more than one Newport Beach. Did you know there is a Newport Beach in Orange County, California? Come to Disneyland someday...you can bunk-up at our house...although we are about 40 minutes away from that place......but it's not a bad drive. Someday?
